Logo Critique

Here is the "final" logo that I showed in class today. I want to keep the "N" because I think it gives the logo character and a uniqueness that sets it apart from other logos and generic typefaces. I do think the G would be a good letter to change to relate more to the "N" and balance the wordmark, so the N doesn't seem like a separate letterform. I will try the suggestions that I got in class to alter the G and hopefully something will work!
